Salame Felino P.G.I.

Felino is a small town at the foot of the Parma Apennines, famous for its castle and its salami. The salami, which is currently in the process of being awarded a rightfully earned protected geographic indication, has a coarse to average grain,with balanced seasoning and an unmistakeable aroma. It is one of the most well known and well-established salamis at a worldwide level.
