On September 3rd, 2014, one day before official opening of Riga Food, Parma Alimentare,
together with companies from Parma attending this fair, organized a cooking workshop
at the restaurant "3 Chefs" in Riga, for Latvian journalists and influencers. Michelin starred
chef Alberto Rossetti was in charge to exalt the quality of Food Valley products.

On September 4th, 2014, Parma Alimentare organized a cooking session at "Cucina Caldesi",
the most prestigious Italian culinary school in London. In front of a public composed of
British journalists and influencers, Michelin starred chef Alberto Rossetti showed possible
uses in the kitchen of typical agro-food products from Parma Food Valley.

In October 2015 (10th-14th), Parma Alimentare flew to Cologne to participate in Anuga,
the world's largest platform related to food and beverage business. In Germany, in order
to develop more and more Parma's agri-food exports, Parma Alimentare went together
with 14 companies from Parma area.

On November 10th, 2015, at Paris headquarters of UNESCO, Parma Alimentare, together with a
network of political Institutions and economic realities of Parma area, presented to all delegates
the gastronomic identity of the Ducal City. The soiree, promoted by the Italian Ambassador to
UNESCO and by the Mayor of Parma, officially supported the candidacy of Parma as Creative
City of Gastronomy.

On Sunday, December 20th, 2015, Parma Municipality organized a large toast in Piazza Garibaldi
to celebrate the prestigious recognition as UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. Among people
attending the event, President of Emilia-Romagna Region Stefano Bonaccini. 5,000 balloons,
with the brand "Parma City of Gastronomy", were released in the air.

In October 2016 (16th-20th), Parma Alimentare, together with eight companies, was
in Paris for SIAL: one of the most important food marketplace in the world, strongly
characterized in terms of innovation. For Parma agri-food system, this fair represented
a recommended showcase to consolidate export sales, after the growth recorded in the
first half of the year.

On November 2016, 12th and 13th, during White Truffle International Fair, in Alba, a town
with a gastronomic affinity with Parma, Parma Alimentare organized cooking shows by
renowned chef and an exhibition to exalt PDO products such as Parmigiano Reggiano
and Culatello di Zibello.
